Student Data and Teacher Use
Keep data limited, explain activities to students and use results under teacher oversight.

Teacher-managed activities
Tamtamo is not a social network for public student profiles or messaging. The teacher creates classes and manages activities; a student may use the teacher’s device during a test. Before entering children’s data, establish school/teacher authority, required student/guardian information and applicable legal conditions. Describing the product as “for teachers” does not remove responsibilities concerning children’s data.
Minimum data and file selection
Use nicknames or initials rather than full names; do not enter birth dates, addresses, phones, health notes or identity numbers. Avoid student faces, name lists and unrelated personal information in score photos. Record only the segment needed for the exercise, avoiding background conversations and unnecessary third-party voices.
Results and sharing
Levels and instrument/role suggestions are preliminary classroom indicators. Do not use them to impose fixed ability labels, diagnose health/hearing or make solely automated decisions about educational access. Share reports/backups only with authorised people and only as needed; do not upload them to public links. The teacher/institution should review student objections and correction requests.
